Upgrading the CV60
The CV60 is highly configurable and allows you to upgrade these
devices:
•Hard Drives
•Memory
Increasing Hard Drive Space
You can upgrade your hard drive to increase file storage and
software installation. The hard drive is located on the back of the
CV60 under the rear cover. You must remove the rear cover to
access the hard drive bay.
To install a new hard drive
1 Turn off the CV60 by tapping Start > Shutdown.
2 Using a small Phillips screwdriver, remove the ten screws
securing the back cover.
Note: In order to preserve the performance of the CV60 and be
RoHS compliant, you should only use Intermec recommended
hard drives.
