Before you call Intermec Product Support, make sure you have the
following information for your SR31T product:
configuration number (“CN” on the product label)
serial number (“SN” on the product label)
firmware version
decode version
Getting SR31T Firmware Version and Decode Version
Depending on the interface you are using, you can get the firmware
and decode version either by reading Get version bar codes or by
using EasySet to display the current version information.
Reading “Get version” bar codes
1 Run an application that can accept bar code information from the
SR31T (Microsoft® Notepad for example).
2 Scan one of these bar codes:
Get firmware version
Get decode version
This method is applicable for the following interfaces:
USB Keyboard HID
Keyboard Wedge
